The production of grapes in the A.O.C. Crozes-Hermitage area covers 107 hectares over 5 communes and in 3 distinct zones due to both geological and microclimatic reasons.

The Vins de Pays de la Drôme of the Cave des Clairmonts are produced on 12 hectares and represent two specific terroirs, situated on the communes outside the A.O.C. areas of Clérieux, Granges-Lès-Beaumont and Chateauneuf-Sur-Isère.
